Kobold talks about family

Accompanied by the sounds of Vengeance Unleashed and his video airing on the Titantron, The Kobold makes an entry to the ring. The white Primetime belt is strapped around his waist and he greets some people in the stands while going to the ring.

Michael Billings: Here comes or Primetime champion! What an incredible few weeks he's had! After endless attacks from Jason Jericho he finally defeated the bussinessman and solidified himself as a worthy champion!

John Dempsey: I'd say he hasn't solidified anything yet! He's beaten who - Jason Jericho and Sublime? Both of them are gone from MWP now and can't have rematches. If he can take defeat Rayder or Long Trieu Chau, then maybe, just maybe I'd start to consider him worthy of anything. But this far his smooth ride has been because of friendship with Auron

The Kobold enters the ring and waits for his music to stop

The Kobold: Tonight the world seems just right! There's a warm autumn evening outside in the streets of Pittsburgh, I'm wearing this belt, I've released my pent up anger and most importantly, Jason Jericho is gone!

The crowd cheers with great ovation to this

The Kobold: I can't stress enough how much it means to me to finally be rid of that craven dog! Those of you who know me well know that I actually brought him in my life when Kingpin's Crew was looking for some muscle back at Brutal Wrestling Federation. Biggest mistake ever! Even before the last season when jericho was a constant pain in my ass. Because of him and Primal Ace I'm wearing this mask! My face is hideous, I have scar tissue going up to the very bones of my skull. I may never find a woman who'd be willing to live with such a man. I might never have a family...

The emotions start to appear in the crowd. Camera shows a woman wiping tears forming in her eyes. Then it skips to a girl clearly shouting "Marry me, Kobold!"

The Kobold: Family! I've actually spent a lot of thought to this word. I have found almost like an adoptive father in Auron, and the people backstage are my brothers and sisters in everyhting but blood. But one thing really concerns me and that is the relationship with my biological father, the owner of Cobalt Enterprise, James Cobalt. more than three seasons ago we broke every tie that we had, even going as far as him renouncing me as his heir and son.

By now the emotions are running wild!

The Kobold: After dealing with Jericho, after seeing Auron fire him... I felt the anger, the frustration that was driving me for so long start to slip away. And when the anger went away another emotion took its place - sorrow. I felt sorry for what had happened, for my arrogance, for the way I had dishonored my family and turned my back on them. So few days after Summer Turmoil I took a flight to Houston to meet my father face to face and, even though I was sure he'd kick me out of his office, I wanted to say to him "I'm sorry!". To my huge surprise he listened to me, hugged me and appologised for the way he had treated me. We had a dinner together, I met with my brother and his newly-wed wife, my sister-in-law Suzie and spent an amazing time together! My flight to Houston was more than fruitful - it gave me back my family! But it also made me realize how much my greed and later on vengeance has cost me. My younger brother Chris and Suzie are amazing together. They are picture perfect couple - both easy on the eyes, bothe madly in love with each other and both lifting each other up day in and day out. And I may never have that...

The camera shows the woman shouting "Marry me!" once more

John Dempsey: Hey, Kobold, look there's a bride for you!

Andrew Becksford: Shut up! This is not the place for your stupid jokes.

The Kobold: If there's one thing I'd like you to take from this, then this would be it - don't hold grudges! Use the moments you've got. Like right now! If what I said has touched you even the slightest, call your mom, call your dad and just tell them how much you love them! Love beats all the grudges, vengeances and even pride. It is much, much more satisfying! It was a lesson that took a long time for me to learn but it's one I really want you take with you today!

Some activity is happening by the ringside. From underneath the ring a man crawls out holding a crowbar in his hand, he slides in the ring behind The Kobold and takes of his hood revealing himself to be Jason Jericho

Michael Billings: Oh my god, it's Jericho! What is he up to?

John Dempsey: There's only one thing he might be up to and that's trouble!

Kobold turn around to see what the crowd is reacting to and Jericho takes a swing with the crowbar right in the face of the champion! The Kobold is laid out flat on the mat and Jason Jericho picks up his microphone.

Jason Jericho: Oh, that was trully heartfelt speach, wasn't it? It was so heartbreaking I just couldn't keep listening to that! What do you think, will this crowbar leave another scar on his terrible face?

The crowd boos him strongly. A guy in front row throws his drink which misses Jericho but the incident cause security to escort the aggressive fan outside of the building.

Jason Jericho: Oh yeah, and there was another reason for my interruption. What was it, what was it? Right, I'm here to inform each and every one of you but especially our dearly beloved general manager that I have filed a lawsuit against MWP. The full details of my claims and other stuff will be sent to you shortly, Auron, but if you know me at all, then you already know I'm not cutting crap here! My team of lawyers will strip you of your last shirt and you'll most likely sink the second federation under you reign. I mean, the sum of money you're looking at for violation my contract terms, well let's just say, you'd need 5 MWPs to cover it! Yeah, yeah, I know you're gonna say that I'm making things up here or that you haven't broken any terms in contracts but you know how justice system works, don't you? You don't need to be the one who's right to win, you just need to have the best lawyers! And I do have the best lawyers! I'll keep in touch!

Jericho drops the mic and exits the arena the crowd booing him strong as ever.

John Dempsey: Wow, that's a bombshell!

Andrew Becksford: Jason Jericho just keeps causing trouble. And this time it affects the whole federation!

Michael Billings: I'm speachless - first Kobold's amazing speach, then this. Where did Jericho come from exactly?

Andrew Becksford: It appears he crawled from underneath the ring! In public arenas it is pretty simple to get in unnoticed by the security. Maybe he already participated in building up the ring.

John Dempsey: If that's the case, then he's been hatching the plan of laying Kobold out for some time! Too big effort for a simple attack. I think it means his claims on the trial might be worth something

Michael Billings: We'll see! But this was very shocking I think on all levels. We'll have to wait and see if Auron has some replies to that and how is he planning to increase security in future matches. Stay tuned!
